With a win over Glen Rock earlier today, Summit extends its win streak to eight-games.
The Hilltoppers started the game off with five goals in the first. Adding another three by half time, Summit took a commanding 8-2 lead into the half.
After the teams split a pair of goals in the third, Summit netted the only two of the fourth, taking an 11-3 victory.
Getting everyone involved in the offense, the Hilltoppers’ 11 goals were spread out over seven players. John Cordrey, Corey McManus, Andrew Chase, and Evan Kulpan each had two goals, Cordrey and McManus adding on an assist as well.
With their only loss coming to Delbarton in the Hilltoppers’ season opener, Summit is now 8-1, ranking 33rd in the DigitalSports’ National Lacrosse Rankings and 3rd in New Jersey.
After a day off tomorrow, the Hilltoppers get back on the field against Princeton High School on April 18.
